Terminology of Cxense Conversion Engine

Navigation Panel:
Campaign button - where you manage and create the Campaigns you want to deliver on your site.

Report button - where you find information on how the campaigns have delivered

Creative button - where you define some basic layout templates delivering a creative (e.g. a banner, overlay etc) on the site. Used only for personalized messages - this is a “one time job”.

Site Group - a number of sites that share same permission settings 

Site - the site the campaign set will be delivered on

Module - all the campaigns (rules) defining what is being delivered to a given audience for a given placement of the site (where your module tag is instrumented)


Concepts:
Create Campaign - where you define new campaigns to be delivered in the campaign set at the site

Presentation - where you adjust the visual presentation of the content, messages or offers delivered in your campaign

Settings - contain Widget ID, campaign set change log, possibility to change the name of campaign set, and conversion filter (event) to apply to track the conversion event

Content Age Filtering - define the maximum age of the article delivered in the placement (e.g. articles matching the criteria not older than 1 week).

User Impression Capping - allow the customer to define the number of times the offer should be shown to 1 user (e.g. max 3 times a day)

Content Impression Capping - allow the customer to define the number of times a creative should be shown in total cross all audience (e.g. 10 000 times)
