Europrivacy is a certification framework that meets the requirements of Article 42 of the GDPR concerning 'Certification' and has been validated by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).
This framework enables organizations to demonstrate that a personal data processing activity complies with the relevant provisions of the GDPR.
