Statuses on the Ad-Ops Screens

The statuses on the ad-ops screens act as a quick snapshot of the current state of the campaign or contract. 

Each campaign or contract on an ad-ops screen is issued with a status. They can be any one of the following. Should you click on the status column heading of the table on an ad-ops screen, this is the order they will be presented in:

Not Delivering

The campaign is contracted to be live but can't deliver ads because it's missing at least one advertisement or creative

red

Reserved

The campaign is contracted to go live in the future but won't deliver ads because it's missing at least one advertisement or creative

red

Stopped

The contract has been stopped and won't be delivering ads anymore (in which case you will need to create another contract if you want the campaign to deliver further ads)

grey

Paused

The contract has been paused and is not delivering ads (in which case you can republish the contract to have the campaign deliver ads again)

orange

Live

The campaign is contracted to be live and is capable of delivering ads

green

No Contract

The campaign has no contracts

orange

Awaiting Go Live

The campaign is contracted to go live in the future and is capable of delivering ads

light green

Completed

The campaign has a contract whose end date is in the past

grey
