Billing Accounts are created by Advertisers to enable advertising in cX::ad.
Capability and configuration of available Billing account options are dependent on the Broker's integration with external Payment Gateways.
cX::ad provides the integration with the Netaxept or PayPal payment gateways. These must be configured before payments can be made.
Payment Type
The Payment type is either

Pre Pay: Money must be paid into the account prior to spending the funds within cX::ad

Post pay: A limited amount can be spent within cX::ad before making a payment into the billing account
Payment Method
The payment method is one of Visa, Mastercard or American Express (for USD or NOK) or PayPal.
To activate a post pay account, users must make a payment. Users can at any stage view their outstanding payment requests. The transaction history provides the Advertiser with a detailed list of all transactions on a specific finance account.
Payment Tax
VAT or sales tax is withheld from payments using the account's tax rate. The remaining net value is available to the account for spending within cX:ad.
