Each time you create a new user, you must specify how the new user will work with their inventory.
Either the new user will share your current workspace, in which case they have access to the same advertising and publishing inventory that you do, or they have a workspace of their own created, in which case they manage their own advertising and publishing inventory that is separate to your own.
On top of that, you have to declare a username and email address for the new user, and also select their appropriate roles, which allow them to do various functions throughout Cxense Advertising.
The available roles are as follows:

Read-Only Roles
The following roles are read only:

Read-only roles do not allow users to create or modify any inventory in the Cxense Advertising system.
You cannot create a separate workspace for a new user and assign them only read-only roles. If the new user only has read-only roles assigned to them, you can only share a workspace for them.
When submitting the new user's information, an email is sent to the new user's email address that includes an authentication link. Once this link is clicked, the new user is presented with a form from which they fill in their name, password and password-reminder question. When this is all done, the new user is logged in.
All users can be managed within the Manage Users page by system administrators.
