Why don't I see my ad?

If you don't see your ad from the Diagnostic Search or live site contact us. However, there are a few things that you can check beforehand. Some common reasons why your ad is not displayed are:

  • Your ad blocker is on

    • Turn off your ad blocker or whitelist the relevant page with your browser's ad blocker plugin.

  • Date related

    • Check that the running date for the Product is within range.

    • Check that the Product Day Parting is within range.

    • For CPM and Tenancy Campaigns check the flight dates are within range.

  • Out of budget

    • Check your Budget. Your ad will not be displayed if your Budget is exhausted.

Why have stats dropped to zero?

Stats are the end product of a long assembly line of processes, and so there is a long sequence of things which can go wrong in between a click occurring and the stats finally appearing. The first thing to check is that all relevant campaigns or ads are still active - campaigns may have go inactive due to using up their quota, etc. After checking this, if you believe any particular statistic is not appearing as it should, please contact us.
