Creating New Users

Anyone with write access to a site group (a customer account) can create new users or grant write access to existing ones by following the procedure below. If no one has write access to the account, please contact your onboarder or send an email to support@piano.io.

When giving a user site group access, you need to decide whether the user should have read-only access or write access as well.

Clicking the Send Invitation button will result in the new user receiving an email.

The cryptic link will take the new user to the password creation page and let them log in to the system for the first time.

If the user already exists in the system, the cryptic link above will be replaced with this one: https://audience-insight.piano.io/.

Timed-Out or Forgotten Passwords

If you forget your password, or if the password link you were sent by email has timed out, you can get a new one by clicking the Forgot Password link at https://audience-insight.piano.io/. A Reset Password button will appear, and as soon as you click it, a link allowing you to set a new password will be sent to your email address.

Many users have problems logging in the second time because they keep using the same password link they received by email, instead of going to https://audience-insight.piano.io/ and logging in normally. The password link only works the first time.
