What is an Agency ?
An Agency as reference in this page is a User or Users that manage multiple Advertising or Publishing Sub Users.
Advertising Agency
An Advertising Agency often Advertises on behalf of multiple Advertisers (Clients), often referred to as 'Full Service Advertising'. Depending on the business relationship between the Agency and Client, They could be manage 'internally' within the Agency's Advertising collateral, or, within a new Home folder. If in a new home folder, these Users are referred to as 'sub Users', And are Managed by the Agency. Agencies are usually given incentives to bring more Advertisers to the Ad Platform, such as a percentage of revenue generated by the 'sub Users'.

Publishing Agency
A Publishing Agency is often referred to as a Sub Network of sites or inventory. It could be a First or Third party relationship with the cX::ad System. Often Website owners will form groups or networks and join an Ad Network with a greater business 'voice'.

Create new Agency Steps

Sign in as a broker

Navigate to the Manage Tab, click Create User

Enter the Email Address, and Username (Agency's Name, or a particular representative of the Agency)

Select Agency User, and at least one of Advertising Account Manager and/or Publishing Account Manager

Select Save to create the Agency.

The New Agency User will receive the email containing the authentication link. Once clicked, this takes the Agency User to a 'User Details form. Once complete, The new Agency User is now signed in.
Agency User Capabilities
Agency Users can Create Users. This is the only role Other than Brokers/System Management that can do this.
Agency Users can access the 'System Performance Reports', (System Advertising Performance Report and the System Publishing Performance Report).
These reports are 'run from their own Home folder and down'. This results in the Agency being able to see 'all their sub User's performance' - hence this is not a duplicate of the same report run by the broker/system administrator, which lists the performance of all users of the system.
Agency Users can manage the finance details of their sub Users similar to Brokers, however they cannot debit nor credit these accounts. They can do all other functions - enable/disable, set min balance, set tax rates, toggle pre/post pay form within the Manage > Finance Accounts function.
Agency Users can 'Manage Users', similar to brokers, to disable/enable/User detail including passwords, Gain temporary folder access to their account.
