The final step when setting up Identity Management is configuring the password reset email. To do so, from the Piano Dashboard you'll need to go to Manage→ Email manager. You'll then want to toggle on the Piano ID password reset request email and click the pencil icon in order to customize the email. The only text you need to be sure to include is this reset link code: {{full_reset_link}}
If you haven't already, you should also activate and customize the Master email layout so that the reset password emails align with to your brand identity. And you'll want to verify your domain by following these steps so that the emails sent through Piano appear to originate from you.
