Experiences can now be put into Monitoring to test them on real production traffic before they go live.

Usability improvements

1. Contract usage statistics for licensee representatives are shown in the My Account widget. To display them, the template must be updated.

2. Contract invitations can be sent or re-sent in bulk.

3. Subscription details show the dates when auto-renewal was enabled and disabled.

4. In offer details, terms can be searched by ID in the term selection modal.

5. Subscription details show the applied promotion.

6. All terms that have no upgrade options can be filtered.

7. Upgrade options can be deleted in bulk.

8. Notifications are sent when a user is deleted from the email domain or IP contract list.

A/B testing in Active Churn Prevention (Template interaction experiences)

Clients can now run split tests inside Active Churn Prevention (ACP) experiences with the A/B Test card.

Frequency cap by CTA clicks (interaction-based frequency capping)

Clients can limit how many times a user, or the entire audience, can click the CTA buttons of a template. When the limit is reached, a different experience is shown.
