Which properties are not available in a Data Flow export?

Some calculated properties are not available in Data Flow exports, because they are calculated on the fly and not stored, or because they change over time.

For example, whether a visit is a bounce is not known in advance: it depends on what the visitor does next. Because visit_bounce cannot be determined at export time, it is not available in Data Flow exports.
