The ACPM certification is specific to the French market.
ACPM data is not available in Piano Analytics. However, you can request to receive the DSF (Déclaration Systématique de Fréquentation) daily by email (3 files per scope per day) so you can compare this data with your Piano Analytics data.
This data is calculated using a different processing chain than the data usually provided by Piano Analytics, in order to comply with the rules imposed by the ACPM.
As a result, the calculation no longer relies only on site numbers, but also on the domains of the URLs from which the hits are sent to us. If the domain available in our raw data is indeed part of the declared scope, it is taken into account; otherwise it is not. An ACPM scope can contain several domains, and the same goes for a site number.
In addition, if your site is responsive, the data is split based on the value of the Device - Type property. In this case, the overall data for your responsive site is returned in our tools, but on the ACPM side it is separated into two distinct scopes, the web scope and the mobile scope.
It is therefore completely normal not to get the same data for an ACPM scope as the data you get for a level 1 site.
