Values declared in the product_name parameter don't appear in your interface because a rule in our data processing chain automatically transforms product_name into product. The data you send in product_name is therefore stored under the "product" property.
You have two options:

Use the "product" property. Because the data is stored under the
productproperty key, you can use the "product" property (native to Piano Analytics) directly in your analyses. -
Change the processing rule for your custom property. If you prefer to keep using "product_name" as a custom property, edit its processing rule in Data Management to collect the data under the key
productinstead ofproduct_name.
