Is the User segmentation for multiple Cookies based on AND or OR logic?

In case you have added two cookie values in your User segments card in Composer, for example like this:

We use OR logic for the Equals one of setting and AND logic for the Does not equal setting.

The logic between the individual cookies, in the above example _pc_test_swg and _pc_decoy, is AND.
