Use a subscription to have a Data Query report delivered automatically on a recurring basis, for example a daily CSV to your FTP server or Amazon S3 bucket.
A subscription is created from the Library on a saved report:

Save the report you want to schedule.

In the Library, click the + button (bottom-right) and select Subscription.

Set the type to CSV, choose the frequency (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), the site(s), and the FTP or Amazon S3 destination.

Click Save. The subscription then runs automatically at the chosen frequency.
