In the Composer Activity Report, you're able to drag and drop the individual tabs with the Actions and sort them based on your preference.
The settings for the order of the tabs are stored locally in your browser on your device - so if you are not signing in via incognito mode and the cookie, resp. cached data wasn't cleared manually, the order should remain as it was set also for your next browser session.
