Why do externally logged conversions not appear in reports?

In case you are using a 3rd party checkout tool, you are able to send the conversion data to Piano so that you are able to see the conversions are reflected in the Composer conversion report. Instructions for this are available here.

In some cases, it might happen, that externally logged conversions are not being reflected in the Piano system.

If that's the case, please check the format of the termId parameter. For example, if the name of your term is Digital access, you should pass the parameter in the API conversion call as follows (without space):

termId=Digital+access
