Once you’re logged in to the interface, a Piano Analytics session lasts 12 hours. This is the lifetime of the cookie that is set when you log in. After 12 hours, the ATTOKEN cookie expires and you are returned to the login page; you'll need to authenticate again to continue.
The 12-hour limit is fixed for security reasons and is not configurable — neither at the user level nor at the organization level.
