Piano Analytics authenticates you using the HTTP Authorization header. When you connect through a proxy, that proxy must set the Authorization header so it reaches Piano Analytics. If the header is missing, login fails.
To resolve this, configure your proxy to set the Authorization header on requests to Piano Analytics. Once the header reaches us intact, you can log in as usual.
