You can set or reset your password yourself from the login page:
-
Enter your email address, then click Forgot password?
-
Within a few minutes, open the activation link sent to your email.
-
Set your new password.
The activation link is valid for 24 hours, to protect your account from unauthorized access. If it expires before you set your password, start the process again.
Password requirements
Your password must include:
-
At least 12 characters, with no maximum.
-
At least one special character (! @ # $ % ^ & *).
-
Lowercase letters (a-z), uppercase letters (A-Z), and numbers (0-9).
Passwords found in known public data breaches are no longer accepted. If yours is affected, you'll be prompted to reset it at your next login.
Account lockout
Your account is locked after 10 unsuccessful sign-in attempts. Lockout is based on the combination of your email address and IP address. If you're locked out, reset your password using the steps above.
Suspended account
If your password is accepted but you still can't reach the Piano Analytics interface, your account may be suspended. A suspended account blocks access even when your password is valid, so resetting your password won't restore access on its own. To reactivate it:
-
Contact your organization's Piano Analytics administrator.
-
Ask them to open your user record in the Access Management application and reactivate the account.
-
Sign in normally. You don't need to reset your password unless you've also forgotten it.
Don't know who your administrator is? Contact Piano Support. Support can identify your organization's administrators, but can't reactivate the account for you.
