No. Real-time and historical data are stored on separate servers:

one serves real-time data,
-
and the other serves historical data, going back as far as your contract's data retention period (25 months by default).
Data Query blocks any query that tries to pull from both sources at the same time. To combine the two, export each time period separately and merge the results in Excel or another tool.
