For custom terms, 3 types of emails can be configured and will be sent:

X days after access ends

X days after access starts
-
X days until access ends
For Payment terms - recurring subscriptions - the Purchase of a recurring subscription notification will be sent. For fixed-time terms Purchase of a non-recurring subscription.
If the subscription was created through PSC or CDS, then Subscription activation. If it was a one-off through PSC or CDS, then One-off activation.
For external terms, External API verification success is sent on success, and External API verification rejection on the failure of the access being granted.
Subscription Confirmation is sent if a subscription payment term is applied by the publisher, One-off confirmation if it’s a one-off term applied by the publisher.
