Are subscription payment retry attempts available in the transaction report?

No, unfortunately, we cannot generate a transaction file with failed payment retry attempts. You should be able to see the payment attempts in your payment provider’s dashboard.

  1. Will the subscription status of the subscriber be changed to Expired, Failed , or any other status, and will the subscriber not have access if the payment failed (after the grace period has lapsed)?

    The status becomes Expired with Error (EWE).

  2. Will the next bill date change based on the date, when the payment was successful? Or will it change based on the subscription’s renewal interval?

    The next billing date is changed based on the renewal interval.

  3. Will the start date change as well or will it stick to the date when the subscription was started?

    No, the start date won’t be changed.
