The Latest revenue recognition reports (transaction list as well as summary) are currently not available in the Sandbox environment, Therefore, as long as you are in this environment, the desired report won't appear when clicking the corresponding icon.
As a workaround, you can utilize the Piano API call here in order to download the report for Sandbox.

You need to populate the required fields (
AID, thefromandtodates, and thefile_name). -
After that, click the blue Try it out button below the endpoint, and, when prompted, enter your API token. This token can be found on the homepage of your Piano's Sandbox dashboard at https://sandbox.piano.io/.

Now return back to your Sandbox account. Go to Reports → Download center, and you should see the revenue report now.
