The following behavior in the Piano Dashboard's UI is expected:

My Account Templates do not support previews and must be tested directly on your website.

System Templates all display the same Offer preview. Clicking a Term will open the checkout flow.

Identity Management Templates support previews and generally display a preview as expected.

Offer Templates include both thumbnails and full preview functionality.
