Yes, the individual payment providers can be set up under Edit Business → Payment provider.
And then, they can either be all shown to users (e.g. allowing users multiple payment options such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.) or you can use Checkout flows to define which users should be shown what types of payment options.
