If you'd like to remove the postal code field from checkout and you're using Stripe as your payment provider, you would need to update the Hide Zip code setting in your payment provider configuration in the Edit Business section.
If the toggle is enabled, i.e. switched to green, the zip/postal code field will be hidden from checkout and users won't be required to provide this data in order to complete their purchases.
