If your customer has provided you with the last 4 digits of the Credit card that was charged, but they are not aware under which email address their subscription was purchased, you can locate the transaction in your Piano dashboard.
For this, please follow the steps below:

Go to Reports → Transactions (Logs).

Hit the Download as CSV button, after specifying the time window you need.

Now go to Reports → Download Center and find the report you've just generated, it should be the first one on the list.

Download it, open the file, and filter out the last 4 digits of the credit card number the customer has provided you in the column Payment source type (column M).
