To detect failed renewals you can use the following webhooks:

grace_period_extension_on_renewal - when the grace period is configured -
subscription_auto_renewed_failure - when the grace period is not configured

If you don’t have webhooks enabled, from the Subscription report (log) you can search for users whose renewal failed via the filter Inactive → Payment failure.
