The Piano platform will also send emails - for example, you can set up the Credit card expiring email notification, which informs users that their credit card is due to expire soon and they should replace it with an up-to-date one.
In addition, it's possible that you can customize your My Account Library Components template so that it will show the subscription end date accordingly for users being in their grace period. Similar to how it's described here.
