Much of Piano's functionality depends on setting cookies on your users' devices. If you have visited your site several times, you will likely not have the same experience as a new user because of your previous activity on the site. Rather than clear your cookies every time you peruse your content, we suggest that you use incognito mode or the equivalent private browsing method to better understand your user experience.
This serves two purposes. First, it is a simple way for you to get a clear idea of exactly what users on your site see, which can help you identify any shortcomings on your front-end. Second, it allows you to simultaneously view your platform as a user would and remain logged in to your publisher account. Ordinarily, you are logged out of production or sandbox if you want to view your site because the cookies conflict. If you use private browsing to view your site while using non-private browsing to make edits in your Piano dashboard, you can easily toggle between the two to effectively resolve issues.
